A “personalization” is any design that has a name or number added to it, or a name &/or number added to an additional location on the garment. An example of this would be adding individual’s names below an embroidered left chest school logo and a specific number to the sleeve.
If you would like individual names or individual names and/or numbers screen printed or embroidered on your garments, we need to have this information typed in the space provided in the product section exactly as you would like it to appear on the garment. We then copy and paste this information into our software and create the screens or embroidery disks. This minimizes the chances for errors at the factory.
PLEASE NOTE:
-If you have names like MacDonald or de Ronde, make sure the spacing and upper and lower case is correct.
-Nick names can be used but we do not allow obscene or vulgar
language.
-Please be aware that the left chest area and the sleeve of a garment is only so large and you cannot usually fit both first and last name on the same line. The character limit per line is 10 letters max. The title Coach, Manager, Captain, etc. will usually have to be put on a second line below the name, and the uniform number, if any, will be put on a third line.
-Please double check any names and numbers you have entered – they will be printed or embroidered exactly as they appear on
our ordering page.
-Garment sizes are also very important – Jungle will print &/or embroider your logo and custom names, etc. on the exact size/color/style garment you ordered. Note that not all garments are suitable or available for custom names/numbers.
After you have provided the personalization information to go on the garment, if Jungle, Inc. makes an error with this information, or customizes on the incorrect size/color/style garment, we will of course, correct the spelling on the garment by either removing it, if possible, or re-doing the entire garment at Jungle’s cost. If a name is spelled incorrectly on the garment that was entered that way according to the internet order, the customer will have to pay to have a new garment decorated or pay for the labor to remove the old name and embroider the correct one. |
